Kirk Garabedian is currently a Director at KW Commercial, which he joined in June of 2015 and prior to that was Associate Vice President of the National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap.  Kirk’s area of expertise is in dense in-fill areas of the Greater Los Angeles County with strong working knowledge of sparser regions throughout Southern California. Kirk prides himself on successfully closing intricate transactions that have an unclear path to financing or require special attention to shepherd a closing.

 Kirk was nationally ranked Top Multi-tenant retail agents in 2009, 2014, and most recently received top producer award at KW Commercial.  In additional to top sales recognition awards Kirk has broken numerous sales-comps records for his clients, proudly setting the highest price per square foot or lowest cap rate benchmarks in various submarkets throughout Los Angeles County.

Kirk graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.  Kirk is married and has two young daughters; he enjoys fine dining, live music venues, entertaining friends and family and most of all…loves commercial real estate.
